      Job Description:

      Join our team at the University of Wisconsin Law School's Academic Enhancement Program (AEP)! As an office assistant, you will have the opportunity to support law students in their academic journey and gain valuable experience in a professional environment. With flexible hours and a competitive wage, this position offers a great opportunity for current UW students to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of their peers.

      Qualifications:
      - Must be currently enrolled at UW
      - Open to individuals with or without work study

      Responsibilities:
      - Answer student questions and provide assistance
      - Check out library resources
      - Check-in student appointments
      - Perform administrative tasks, including word processing assignments
      - Conduct research on learning theories as assigned

      Skills & Abilities:
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word)
      - Ability to tabulate surveys, create tables, and charts
      - Ability to draft and edit simple documents

      Physical Demands:
      - Ability to carry 10lbs of books or copy paper

      Note: All shifts are scheduled during office hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday). The anticipated start date for this position is 09/05/2023, and the anticipated end date is 12/23/2023.
