- Phone Handling: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Client Assistance: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Managerial Support: Assist the manager with tasks and projects as needed at the Orlando office location.
- Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and presentable.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support Staff: Provide support to other office staff as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office assistant or receptionist role is required. Title industry experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Fluency in English is required; bilingualism in Spanish is a huge plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
