      What you'll be doing...

      Provide operational and administrative support for our Kuwait office, creating an engaging, safe and enjoyable place to work. You'll report to our Office Manager in Dubai, UAE.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Manage an engaging events calendar (birthdays, team events, end of year parties, sports competitions etc)
      • File and manage agreements with third-party suppliers (office lease, cleaning, facilities etc)
      • Process regional Purchase Orders and Invoices
      • Order and monitor stock levels (stationary, drinks, snacks, office equipment etc)
      • Manage petty cash, including end of month summary and facilities budget
      • Ensure the office is clean, secure and well maintained
      • Maintain an asset register of all office furniture
      • General admin tasks (editing documents, obtaining signatures etc)
      • Any other tasks as directed by Line Manager

      Requirements:

      • Driving licence and own car
      • A proactive mindset
      • Fluency in English, with Arabic highly desirable
      • Excellent communicator
      • Proficient user of G-Suite
