      Position Overview

      The Division of Family and Community Services is seeking to hire a position to perform a variety of difficult and responsible clerical duties including information and assistance, filing, timekeeping within the Office of Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES), property control, record processing, new hire/transfer paperwork, completing travel vouchers, phone bills, tracking items to ensure deadlines are achieved and general office support for the Bureau of IES Maintenance. In accordance with established methods and procedures, exercises some choice in procedures and independent action in the disposition of routine matters and in providing non-technical information.

      Job Responsibilities

      1. Assists manager regarding efforts to monitor, manage, and track information relative to the Office of Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and Bureau of IES Maintenance.
      2. Performs a variety of clerical duties.
      3. Serves as a timekeeper.
      4. Assists managers regarding process of onboarding new and transferred staff.
      5. Serves as receptionist.
      6. Performs other duties as required or assigned which is reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.

      Minimum Qualifications

      1. Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school.
      2. Requires two (2) years of office experience.

      Conditions of Employment

      1. Requires the ability to work overtime and/or outside of regular business hours.
