      • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist patients and family, physicians, office staff, hospital staff, insurance companies,government entities, legal parties, and others in obtaining medical records via phone, fax, or mail.
      • Will retrieve scan medical information into the appropriate patient’s electronic record.
      • Receive and distribute information from the confidential fax press. Receive, scan, and mail transcribed letters.

      Qualifications

      Job Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • Previous experience within a healthcare setting
      • Previous experience with EMR Systems along with 1-year experience as a receptionist
