What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Office Clerks to ensure efficient administrative operations
- Manage payroll, time off requests, and onboarding processes
- Fill out purchase orders and invoices accurately
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters
- Ensure all administrative matters are resolved professionally and promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Experience in HR and office management
- Background in basic bookkeeping and tracking financial transactions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
