Responsible for interpreting administrative and fiscal rules and policies and for recommending new and improved programs to effectively manage administrative and fiscal administration.
Assists with preparation of Facilities Management operating budget.
Provides monthly Budget to Actual reports to supervision and quarterly account statements for Facilities Management units.
Assist with preparation of advertisement and solicitation of professional services contracts for continuing services and major projects.
Responsible for resolving problems and communicate on issues of concern to appropriate higher-level authority.
Serves as liaison between the department/unit and internal departments or external groups, and other agencies.
Review and approve expenditures, such as departmental purchasing, travel, p-card purchases and payroll.

Collects and analyzes data as appropriate.
Responsible for communicating with vendors and other departments to research and/or resolve general inquiries such as: payments/invoices, purchase orders, etc. Obtain necessary documentations requested to resolve the problems for the vendor. Follow up with Procurement on requisitions that have not become purchase orders.
The Office Coordinator position is an Essential Personnel designation. The employee may be required to work during an emergency affecting the University.
Performs other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.
Proficient with MS Office suite - Excel, Word, Power Point required.Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 per year.
