Gaming Capital Group (GCG), a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for a self-motivated individual who will promote a professional environment as an Office Coordinator at our Corporate office in Newcastle, OK. Reporting to the VP of Accounting .

• Major responsibilities include the following:
• Provide front desk support to guests
• Answer and screen telephone calls
• Maintain and manage Corporate Fleet
• Distribute mail to appropriate recipients
• Keep lobby desk area clean and organized
• Keep office areas clean and organized
• Filing, scanning, file organization
• Order office supplies
• Maintain and manage office printers
• Manage/schedule the conference rooms and order food for meetings
• Support VP of Accounting with projects
• Support administrative and special project requirements as assigned
• Stocking kitchens, bathrooms, copy rooms, and conference rooms with needed items

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or removed to meet business needs of the company.
