      Now Hiring: Office/Transaction Coordinator
      Location: NetWorth Realty of Columbus
      Schedule: In-office, Mon/Wed/Fri, 8AM–4PM
      Pay: $17–$18/hr (based on experience)

      Are you the go-to person who remembers deadlines, keeps things organized, and still manages to bring the good vibes? If you're looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional setting while learning the ins and outs of real estate, this role is a perfect fit.

      We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-loving, organized multitasker to help our office run smoothly and support our team with everything from admin tasks to real estate transaction coordination.

      What You’ll Do:

      ️ Keep the Office on Track

      • Answer phones and greet guests (you’re the first impression!)

      • Organize supplies and manage basic office needs

      • Sort mail, file documents, and help with scheduling

      • Assist with hiring tasks like phone screens and interview coordination

      • Track important dates and help keep the calendar clean and up-to-date

      Support Real Estate Closings

      • Help manage the process from contract to close (don't worry—we'll teach you!)

      • Communicate with agents, lenders, and title companies

      • Upload and organize transaction documents in our system

      Handle Basic Finances

      • Deposit checks and track where they came from

      • Log expenses, help track team performance, and manage monthly budgets

      • Help pay for things like office internet and tools

      Keep Things Fun & Organized

      • Coordinate small events, team outings, and meetings

      • Help order gifts, arrange travel, and make sure everything runs smoothly

      • Work with vendors like photographers and utility companies

      ✅ You’d Be Great If You:

      • Have at least 2 years of work experience (office or customer service is great!)

      • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

      • Communicate clearly and professionally—written and verbal

      • Are super organized and love to check things off a to-do list

      • Can multitask without getting overwhelmed

      • Are okay lifting up to 25 lbs (like boxes of paper)

      • Are looking for in-person work 3 days a week
