Salary Range: 19$ to 25$ hourly
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Office Furniture Installer / Mover - FF&E to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the delivery, assembly, installation, and relocation of commercial office furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial furniture installation, FF&E handling, or professional moving services.

Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, transport, and unload a wide variety of FF&E items including desks, chairs, cubicles, conference tables, shelving, and equipment
• Assemble and install modular systems and custom furniture according to manufacturer specifications and project plans
• Read and interpret floorplans, installation layouts, and FF&E schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure installations meet quality and design expectations
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform job site inspections, inventory checks, and quality control before and after installations
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive company image on job sites
• Adhere to safety guidelines, time tracking, and company procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office furniture installation, FF&E, or commercial moving
• Knowledge of major furniture systems (Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, etc.) and experience with FF&E installations preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools, and reading technical installation documents
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends
