SUMMARY:
Hospitality

• This involves stocking, cleaning and organizing the customer’s breakrooms (coffee, cups, creamer, tea, paper towels, etc.); copy supply areas (paper, pens, misc. office supplies); and conference rooms (straightening the chairs, cleaning whiteboards, wiping down surfaces).

Mail, Shipping and Receiving

• Receiving deliveries, notifying customer when they receive packages, coordinating deliveries, sorting mail, collecting outgoing shipments for pick up, etc.
• Inventory Management
• Tracking and placing orders for all the items that we supply for the customer (office products such as paper, pens, note pads, cleaning supplies; canteen supplies such as coffee, creamer, cups, sugar, etc).
• Keeping records on spending and order totals
• Identifying trends to ensure we are keeping the correct amount on hand

QUALIFICATIONS:

• There is a lot of walking standing and lifting. You will be on your feet most of the day. Max lifting is Ricoh standard of 50#.
• They are seeking Someone w/ restaurant, hotel or hospitality experience has been successful in the past.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Good work history and some longevity.

Dress code: Black dress pants, black shoes (may be gym shoes, whatever is comfortable as long as they are solid black, and Ricoh uniform shirt). Candidate may wear a black button up or polo until we can order their uniform shirts
