- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, regional jobsite administrators, and monitors compliance with company standards.
- Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for regional office meetings.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents at the direction of regional leadership.
- Creates and maintains operational databases and related spreadsheet files.
- Greets clients, guests and employees entering the office and directs them to the appropriate office or person.
- Establishes and oversees administrative procedures to meet objectives set by the Board of Directors, regional senior management and corporate.
- Support, organize or arrange for orientations, in-services, and training for program new hires and employees.
Compensation Range (Colorado Only)
$56,430.00 – $62,370.00

Position Description:
Responsible for the coordination and administration of general business activities for the regional office. Activities may include processing mail, servicing the copy center, routing operational filings, telephone calls, and supplies order processing.

Further, salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps’ policies. Based on position location, a cost of living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
