      Service Coordinator/Office Manager (6-Month Contract-to-Hire)

      Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214-2373

      Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

      Type: Contract-to-Hire


      About the Role

      Join our team as a Service Coordinator and play a key role in supporting service operations, customer communication, and office management. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for full-time placement.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Support Service Manager with quotes, scheduling, and customer follow-up
      • Maintain customer data, inventory, and invoicing in NetSuite ERP
      • Coordinate field technician schedules and service documentation
      • Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and accounting policies
      • Identify and recommend process improvements
      • Serve as backup to the Service Manager

      What We’re Looking For

      • Experience in office administration or service coordination
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
      • ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
      • Background in manufacturing or field service industries
      • Strong communication and organizational skills

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
