- Order all products needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
- Resolve customer conflicts and conflicts
- Update Salesforce/production board daily with status of job and upcoming schedule

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Must live in Texas in the areas of Dallas Fort Worth, Dallas, or North Dallas areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Experience in Salesforce
