      Our client in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

      Job Duties:

      - Manage and monitor corporate credit card usage
      - Review employee expense reports for accuracy, receipts, and policy compliance before submitting to management
      - Conduct a secondary review of management-approved expenses before final submission
      - Evaluate and process requests for educational assistance benefits
      - Track employee certifications, licenses, and memberships, ensuring timely renewals
      - Assist with five company insurance renewals, including providing payroll data for Workers" Compensation
      - Learn and support administration of employee benefit programs including:
      - Health Insurance: Process applications, track new hires, terminations, and changes, and confirm insurance cards are received
      - Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance: Handle new enrollments, terminations, claims processing, and employer documentation
      - Support flood and other insurance policies by reviewing coverage and managing renewal schedules
      - Coordinate employee travel arrangements as needed
      - Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with a focus on accuracy and organization
      - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
      - Promote a professional and courteous atmosphere for both internal staff and external partners
      - Collaborate with HR on audits and regulatory compliance tasks
      - Work with accounting to calculate and distribute profit-sharing payments



      Job Requirements:

      Job Requirements:

      - Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn internal software systems quickly
      - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
      - Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
      - High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information
