POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager, 360 Health is responsible for all day-to-day operational activities within the 360 Health Facility and at Plant locations where staff are working. Facilitates a team effort in the delivery of quality patient care by collaborating with the provider, clinical staff and outside companies. Creates a team-like attitude and approach to business functions and management. Assumes the responsibility for the risk management of the clinics.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Manage patient access to meet expected encounter targets.
2. Meet customer service goals through effective management of access points and services needed.
3. In conjunction with operations and finance, develop departmental operating budget, assess needs for capital equipment and any other operational expenses. Monitor and maintain operational expenses according to established financial target.
4. Supervise, direct, and oversee responsibilities and duties of all onsite and offsite staff to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and security. Ensure that staff understands and follows established policies and procedures. Implement, define, and support policies and procedures with appropriate approvals.
5. Oversee purchase orders and AP requests. Maintain supplies, inventory, and ordering processes. Review and approve supply and service purchases as per protocol.
6. Ensure the onsite clinic & offsite clinics operate within all regulatory guidelines including OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, FMCSA and any other relevant state and federal agencies.
7. Assist with billing and implement successful collection procedures for company balances and past due accounts.
8. Ensure employee performance reflects job standards and implement corrective action plan based on work issues. Prepare staff performance reviews and hold staff accountable to performance and service standards according to contract.
9. Supervise, direct, and oversee responsibilities and duties of all onsite and offsite staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Ensure staff understands and follows established policies and procedures. Implement, define, and supports policies and procedures with appropriate approvals.
10. All other duties as assigned by the Clinical Operations Director, 360 Health.
Education: High School diploma or GED with Minimum of 3 years of Documented Supervisory experience or a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel or similar software. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and direct both clinical and clerical staff. Strong organizational skills. Able to balance needs of the physicians and the initiatives of the organization. Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience if High School Diploma/GED.
