- In this critical role, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our newly opened 2,700 sq ft Arlington office and providing administration support to all functions at this site, including all aspects of the office
- operation to include purchasing, asset management, IT/network liaison, incoming/outgoing mail management, conference room coordination, travel, catering, etc., security, and maintenance.
- Work with senior management across the client to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Communication and cooperation with other client sites are imperative.
- Common procedures and documentation are desired.
- This position will operate with local autonomy and attempt to maintain 100% uptime of the office, equipment, and computer networks despite outages at other sites.

- Our client is looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, works well independently with a do and learn approach, can effectively manage their time and prioritise, and has exceptional listening and communication skills.
- This role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week with periodic fluctuation to accommodate external client visits.
