      Location: In-office, Sacramento, CA

      Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

      Job Description:

      We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized office manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with flair. From fostering a positive office culture to coordinating essential administrative functions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success.

      Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

      • Oversee the general activities of the Sacramento Office, including but not limited to: Management of janitorial staff, ordering supplies on a timely basis, vendor relations, management of safety issues office wide, including safety inspections, fire extinguisher, defibrillator, alarm system, environmental issues, etc. Building maintenance issues, mail and package delivery management, ensuring there is a positive social atmosphere that is conducive to a productive work environment, office walkthroughs to check in with staff and assist Human Resources as needed.
      • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring everyone has what they need to excel.
      • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline office workflows and procedures.
      • Act as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
      • Maintain compliance with safety protocols, HR policies, and operational standards.
      • Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets.
      • Perform quality assurance audits on Medical Charts and/or Employees as necessary for the various programs within HHCM.
      • Provider general information about all HHCM programs to the public or external agencies
      • On occasion provide administrative support during off hours, including weekends, or as emergencies arise
      • Other duties as assigned
      Skills and Qualifications

      Must-have:
      • Experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role, with a track record of success in maintaining efficient operations.
      • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and building team morale.
      • Familiarity with electronic medical records and a variety of standard software in a health care professional setting
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      • Maintain confidentiality to HIPAA Standards.
      • Experience managing office budgets, overseeing expense reporting, and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
      • Quick thinker with a knack for identifying issues and implementing creative, practical solutions.
      • The ability to motivate and guide team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
      • Ability to travel to additional office locations such Chico, Marysville, and Redding on rare occasions
      • Have a reliable vehicle and ability to drive in all weather conditions
      Nice-to-have:
      • Familiarity with hiring processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
      • Background in planning and executing office events, team-building activities, or community outreach programs.
      • Certification in office management, administrative leadership, or related fields.
      • Knowledge of workplace safety standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices for maintaining a secure and compliant office environment.
      • Knowledge of healthcare work process and procedures, multi-disciplinary team building and problem solving
      • Knowledge of health care facilities, practices, policies and procedures
      • Knowledge of government health regulations, ethical and legal guidelines and other regulatory bodies
      Salary:$68,640- $74,880 annually based on experience and qualifications
