      Our Customer is a Silicon Valley-based company engaged in researching emerging technologies.

      We are seeking a contract Office Manager to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.

      Responsibilities

      • Help increase organizational performance by developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
      • Manage studio scheduling and coordinate all business and project-related events.
      • Manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, improvements, and planning; serve as primary liaison to building management.
      • Facilitate third-party vendor/contractor management.
      • Lead initiatives to develop, plan, and organize culture-building activities.
      • Oversee security processes, policies, and visitor control.
      • Coordinate and support all aspects of design projects, including timelines, resource management, scope, and documentation.
      • Perform general office management duties.

      Skills and Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support position in the tech industry or consumer electronics.
      • Demonstrable experience with technical proficiency using various PC applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Office.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to present effectively across cultures and levels.
      • Passionate and self-motivated individuals comfortable in a highly fluid environment.

      We offer a competitive salary range for this position, typically at the median based on experience and qualifications.

      Contractor benefits are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k, upon completion of the waiting period.
