      Schedule:

      Hours are flexible, but ideal schedule includes evenings Monday-Thursday 1-8pm.

      Salary/Wage Range:

      Hourly $12.00 to $18.00

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Summary: The Office Manager will help manage student enrollment, studio emails, accounts, and the day to day correspondence.

      Qualifications:

      Professional Qualifications:

      • Previous experience preferred
      • Working on Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a supporting field of study
      • Experience with online software
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

      • Ability to grasp concepts quickly and recap
      • Works effectively both independently and within a team environment
