      Office Professional III, Executive, East High School, 260 day, 8 hrs/day

      This position will start July 7, 2025.

      Seeking candidates that are a positive team member who can establish a professional and respectful rapport with students, parents, staff, and visitors. Having a dedication to education, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are required. Responsible for the organization and management of the clerical/support staff within a school setting serving students. The candidate must be willing to learn new skills as needed, be adaptable, creative and have an aptitude for problem-solving. Knowledge of Synergy, SmartFind, Archibus, Docushare, and Google docs is preferred.

      Responsible for office supervision, obtaining substitutes, maintaining the primary school calendar, work with all mailings/correspondence that goes to families and guardians, responsible for overseeing school budget and annual ordering, support registrar, support payroll, support bookkeeper, and other duties as requested by the principal.

      Requirements: Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, word processing, and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED.

      $22.62/hr is the hourly pay rate for this position.

      This position is subject to a veterans preference.
