      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver and pick up mail, packages, and print jobs throughout the office
      - Assist with maintaining inventory of office supplies and mailroom operations
      - Arrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events
      - Provide first-level maintenance for audio/visual equipment and multi-function devices
      - Greet clients and visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and compliance with badge policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
      - Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
      - General knowledge of audio/visual equipment and multi-function devices
      - Basic computer skills
      - Exceptional customer service skills and good interpersonal abilities

      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Previous experience with copier, fax, and postage machines
