- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and check in all guest
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image (exceptional interpersonal and phone skills are a must)
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively while taking direction from attorneys and other staff
- Provide administrative support, as needed (accounting department)
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and available for use when reservations are made
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be prompt, responsible, reliable, and maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Understanding of Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, highly organized and quality conscious.
- Availability to work additional hours.
- Knowledge of reprographics, binding and finishing equipment, mail services and workflow processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Overview
We are seeking a driven, professional Receptionist to join our team in a Legal Office Environment. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, this position requires a consistent demonstration of kindness, respect, and professionalism. Customer service skills are a must to ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding of expectations, policies and procedures.
Location: Central Phoenix Law Firm
Schedule: Weekdays 8:30 AM - 5:30PM Compensation: $16.00 - $16.00
