      Overview

      IST Management Services is seeking a strong leader to join our team as an Office Services Site Manager. The Office Services Site Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the daily staff & operation while providing quality office support services in a professional environment. Ideal candidates have prior relevant management and customer service experience, excellent communicators, and possess strong attention to detail. Prior background with mail related operations, shipping/receiving, and print is preferred.

      Location: This amazing opportunity is located in McLean, VA area. Employee parking is provided and is free.

      Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM Hours are flexible.

      Compensation: $80K - $85K Annually DOE

      Responsibilities

      The responsibilities of the Office Services Site Manager role will involve oversight of the daily staff & operation while providing quality office support services in a professional environment with a background in mail related operations, shipping & receiving, copy/print and asset management. Additional responsibilities include:

      • Maintains effective written and oral communications with clients and employees.
      • Ensures the coordinated delivery of Copy Center services by effectively supervising all phases of the operation.
      • Ensures convenience copiers are networked and working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
      • Responsible for asset management while adhering to government regulations concerning procurement. Oversee smooth processing, data entry, classification and coding of assets for integration into client systems. Responsible for the easy retrieval and referencing of needed information on a timely basis.
      • Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives to improve retention rates and increase customer satisfaction
      • Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.
      • Manages department vendor relationships and contracts. Reviews, codes and approves vendor invoices required by the client.
      • Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
      • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of operational equipment, products and service changes
      • Ensures that location is properly staffed by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands.
      • Report on key operational performance standards and determine whether Business Services is performing at or near optimum level.

      Qualifications

      Required Qualifiications Include:

      • Secret Level Government Clearance
      • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and places candidate in preferred status
      • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
      • Proficient in MS Office Suite (word, excel, power point a must)
      • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
      • Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.
      • 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a mail & copy department a must!
      • 2 to 3 years’ experience managing 10 employees or more
      • 2 to 3 years’ experience managing large multi-functional printer fleet
