      We are seeking motivated individuals to join our candidate pool for Office Specialist 1 positions, aimed at filling anticipated vacancies.       What You Will Do :
      In this role, you may be responsible for:

      • Managing and processing emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate routing.

      • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.

      • Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.

      • Performing data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

      • Providing general customer service, both in person and via phone, by answering questions and providing information.

      • Supporting office management tasks, including ordering supplies and monitoring inventory.

      • Assisting team members and leaders with document creation, proofreading, and formatting.

      Required Experience, Skills, and Training :

      • One year of general clerical experience involving tasks like keyboarding, data entry, and document preparation. OR;

      • An equivalent combination of work experience and coursework/training in general office occupations.

      Preferred Skills and Attributes :

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

      • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

      • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

      • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required.
