Answers telephone calls and responds to emails timely and professionally.
Provide office support in the form of data entry and general clerical support.
Scheduled appointments and meetings as requested by team members and management, secures meeting space including retreat venues as appropriate. Ensures locations are accessible and meet the needs of participants.
Provides support for meetings including in-person support for all in-person meetings of the unit, advisory committee, or management.
Reviews invoices for compliance with established criteria, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided, is complete, and is consistent with agency information.
Prepares and presents invoices with supporting documentation to leadership for approval.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage multiple complex schedules and can accurately assess urgency and importance of tasks/requests.
Experience supporting equity with a commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression system change.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling, tracking information, and processing invoices.
Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of team members in terms of preparing materials, organizing information, and foreseeing scheduling conflicts in a virtual and physical workspace.
Experience with attention to detail in an inclusive workplace.
This position is fully remote but may have to report to office once a month.
Some travel to meetings is required.
Occasional contact with hostile and irrational persons.
Extended periods of time with headset or other technology for meetings/communication, using computer, need to lift up to 30 points (ADA equipment, laptop, etc)

The APD team develops services, policies, and provides management and administrative oversight for programs that help older adults and people with disabilities lives in the own communities. APD oversees federal, state, and local funding statewide programs.

Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;

An associate degree in any field;
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
