Job Description

Process homecare worker vouchers and medical mileage but is not limited to: Review documents for completion, inputting data into systems, generate vouchers, PTC system, processing facility payments and corrections, problem solving with case managers,
Assist Homecare workers over the phone and in public with the Provider time capture system, data entry, payment issuance and complete adjustments to prevent overpayment or underpayments.
Performs other duties as assigned which could include but not limited to assisting APD case management team, general office, customer service/assisting front recent and record processing tasks.
Experience high volume of computer work, using various computer programs in a fast-paced team environment.
Primarily an office setting with frequent interruptions. Regular interaction with the public in person, by email and by phone. Must be able to communicate effectively.
General cube-like office environment. Occasional travel to attend employee training classes. Must possess and maintain an Oregon Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
May encounter angry, hostile, frustrated individuals, and those with behavioral and/or cognitive challenges.
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
An associate degree in any field.
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Efficiently manage a workload in a constantly changing work environment.
Navigate multiple systems to solve complex problems with a diverse group of people.
Adapt to the needs of the team while also managing tasks independently.
Demonstrated experience in clerical tasks (filing, phones, emails reception, etc.)
Must be able to give full attention to detail.
