      About This Role:

      A Fiscal and Personnel Specialist position is available within the School of Music Theatre Dance at Kansas State University to maintain the MTD main office, budget, personnel, payroll, and new hire onboarding. This position supervises office staff.

      What You’ll Need to Succeed:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 3 years of relevant experience

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field with emphasis in accounting
      • Five years professional accounting experience
      • Knowledge of and two years of experience with KSU financial information systems, and KSU policies and procedures
      • Experience utilizing both MIP and Quicken or similar accounting software
      • Experience with Microsoft software; great organizational and writing skills.

      • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
