Job Description
- Req#: 27135
- Overall Responsible for Dispatch Planning & Executing as per customer requirement.
- Oversee day to day Coordination with Plant & BD team for dispatch details.
- Follow the processes and workflow to execute the dispatches on time.
- Regular tracking of export shipment for delivery & Submission the documents as per LC to Finance.
- Ensure timely & accurate deliveries to domestic customer.
- Enforce safety guideline & protocols in warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of Sales, Invoicing , Deliveries..
- To ensure proper arrangement of material and ensuring daily dispatches as per plan.
- Supervision of outgoing materials at the time of dispatch from warehouse
- On time delivery of material to domestic & export customers
- Monthly MIS report to management for dispatches & deliveries
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with experienced in warehouse & logistics handling
- Min 3-4 year of experience in the relevant field Sales coordination & dispatch planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- SAP, MS Office is mandatory skill requirements.
