  We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Workday Integration Developer - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 24775505 Workday Integration Developer - C11) based in Pune, India.   In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.
  • Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems.
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
  • Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging.
  • Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.

  As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 4 – 8 years of working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and very good communication skills as role demand regular interaction with business users.
  • Overall, 2 to 4 years of experience implementing/integrating Workday, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft or similar HCM applications.
  • Atleast 2 years of integration/interface experience, having to craft, develop and deploy end to end integrations.
  • Experience and knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services and appetite for learning more on Workday integration space.
  • Workday integration experience or should have completed Workday integration training.
