Title: Offshore instructional designer with SAP Enable Now
Location: Remote
Exp: 3-5 yrs
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, simulations, and user documentation using SAP Enable Now.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning content accordingly.
Develop role-based learning paths, interactive simulations, and system process documentation.
Maintain and update existing Enable Now content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.) to create effective learning experiences.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training rollout activities.
Ensure all content aligns with branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a SAP environment.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now (formerly SAP Workforce Performance Builder).
Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Experience in creating interactive learning content, simulations, and system walkthroughs.
Proficiency in MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar e-learning tools (added advantage).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP S/4HANA or related SAP modules.
Exposure to global training rollout or change management projects.
Certification in Instructional Design or E-learning development (desirable).About the company
