      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of programmatic offsite advertising products
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, creative, sales, and data science to launch new products
      - Ensure offsite ads meet high standards in relevance, effectiveness, and scalability
      - Analyze large data sets to derive product insights and drive improvements
      - Drive projects forward independently while adapting to evolving priorities and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in product management focused on digital advertising, programmatic offsite, and AdTech
      - 5+ years of technical proficiency with AdTech stack components, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic buying
      - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
      - Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for business audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional projects
      - Passion for understanding user behavior and advertiser needs in digital advertising
      - Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
      - MBA or relevant Master’s degree
