What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the values and mission of Athletic Brewing in the assigned territory
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and brand partners
- Actively call on accounts and spend a minimum of 36 hours per week in trade time
- Conduct a minimum of 450 VIP KARMA Survey logged Account Interactions at Retail
- Execute visits at priority accounts as directed by the manager
- Perform sampling events, activations, and attend events
- Drive sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities and motivating distributor sales teams
- Regularly visit new and existing retail opportunities in both traditional and non-traditional settings
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion, integrity, honesty, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as lifting, climbing stairs, and setting up at festivals
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory
- Independent and self-driven work style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity in improving systems and a desire to have a positive impact on customers
- Passionate interest in the brewing industry and community
- Willingness to live in or relocate to the assigned territory
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- 4-year college degree
- Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued
- Cicerone level one completion valued
- Strong in-market selling skills valued
- Clean driving record
