      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise residents to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
      - Provide crisis intervention according to center policies
      - Implement structured routines for daily functioning
      - Plan and organize activities for social skill building and development
      - Complete all required documentation and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and insurance
      - Ability to pass a physical exam, tuberculosis test, and drug screening
      - Experience working with the adolescent population preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a Social Service field
      - Previous experience in a similar role within a behavioral health setting
