ADM Milling Engineer - Full Time
JOB SUMMARY
Real Work. Real Experience. Real Fun.
The Milling Engineer experience provides an excellent foundation on which to build a career, where recent grads learn the real world of manufacturing within ADM—from facilities and processes to products and employees.
A typical career path for an ADM Milling Engineer begins in the position of a milling process engineer assigned to a specific ADM facility, which could be an Oilseed processing or refinery location, a Corn dry or wet-milling operations plant or Nutrition manufacturing facility. We will help you gain experience leading employees, troubleshooting equipment, and managing challenges within the plant. The first year begins with on-the-job training through observation and typically progresses to having oversight ability over a production unit.
Milling Engineers work in several different production units allowing you to develop processing and troubleshooting skills while also developing and improving leadership and management skills. After being assigned to lead a work group of your own, you will have an opportunity to apply your own leadership approach with employees and management to accomplish the work of the unit.
