Design and analyze the OLED’s device structures - 유기화합물의 전기적, 광학적 특성 분석
Analyze the optical and electrical characteristics of organic compounds - 개인프로젝트 계획 및 관리
Lead and plan his/her own project - R&D의 목표를 비지니스와 연계하기위한 실무지식 습득 및 실행
Demonstrates a working knowledge of team alignment with R&D and Business goals. - 프로젝트와 관련한 특허 이해와 특허작성
Understand and draft the patents related to his/her own project - 빠른 환경변화에 대한 대처능력, 일정에맞추는 실행능력과 창의력
Demonstrate creativity and ability to meet deadlines and work in a rapidly changing high growth environment - 유기화합물의 화학적, 전기적, 광학적 특성의 이해
Solid knowledge on chemical, electrical or optical properties of organic compounds - 리더쉽과 원활한 대인관계
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - 다양한 분야에서의 경험으로 다른 팀원들과 원활한 소통이 가능한자
A team player with excellent communication skills in multidisciplinary environment - 원활한 구두 내지는 서면상 의견전달능력
Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex ideas and experimental results - OLED전공자, 실무경험자
Previous experience in OLED is preferred. - 통계적 실험접근및 분석능력
Ability to design of experiments and statistical data analysis - 유기화학, 전기공학, 광학 전공자
A strong knowledge in organic chemistry, electrical engineering or optics is preferred - 유기화합물 전기적 광학적 특성분석 전문지식 (2년이상 실무경험) 우대
Proven expertise and skills to analyze the optical and electrical characteristics of organic compounds (2+ years of industry experience) - 유창한 영어 소통능력
Fluent in the English language - 석사 혹은 박사학위자
Ms or Ph.D degree in one of disciplines listed below is required - 전공 : 유기화학, 화학공학, Display공학, 재료공학, 전기공학, 물리학등 기타 관련학과
Typical : Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Display Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics and related field
