      Throughout your time here as a PTA, you will be expected to demonstrate commitment, dedication and hard work to the tasks that are presented to you. Much of your focus will be on tasks such as, but not exclusive to:

      • Desktop research and data gathering
      • Data cleansing and analysis
      • Consumer research including cold calls, online and offline store audits, focus groups etc
      • Meeting minutes and interview notes write-up
      • Translation

      Who Can Apply

      Our Oliver Wyman PTA program is designed for students from universities across the globe, with a proper working permit in Mainland China. This program is open to non-MBA graduates graduating from 2025 onwards.

      We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.

      Other requirements:

      • Language: fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
      • Work model: in Shanghai & B eijing office or remotely
      • Time commitment: Applicants must be available to work for at least 3 days per week from April to September 2024
