  Operations Leadership Program
  
  Are you ready to take a leap and start your career in Operations?
  
  Are you looking for a challenge that involves personal and professional development, innovation, knowledge, and continuous learning? Our Internal Operations Leadership Program in Chile offers young talents in our Company an intensive curriculum focused on career development with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  
  During this two-year internship program, we aim for you to:

  • Develop an understanding of Givaudan and the Operations function, building value management skills to prepare you for a successful career.
  • Engage in various assignments within Operations and outside of Operations: working on real-time assignments in a live business environment.
  • Each day will present a new challenge. One day you may be dealing directly with customer service and international project teams, another day you will flex your creative muscles to look at production in a new way, and by the end of the week, you could be analyzing business data and making recommendations about planning materials to senior management.
  • After graduating from the Internal Operations Leadership Program, you will continue to develop your career in an operations position, whether in production, supply chain, quality, or customer service.

  Your professional profile should include:

  • A degree in technical areas such as: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, etc.
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Advanced English. Another language is a plus
  • Availability to travel
  • Results-oriented
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing work environment
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
