- Develop an understanding of Givaudan and the Operations function, building value management skills to prepare you for a successful career.
- Engage in various assignments within Operations and outside of Operations: working on real-time assignments in a live business environment.
- Each day will present a new challenge. One day you may be dealing directly with customer service and international project teams, another day you will flex your creative muscles to look at production in a new way, and by the end of the week, you could be analyzing business data and making recommendations about planning materials to senior management.
- After graduating from the Internal Operations Leadership Program, you will continue to develop your career in an operations position, whether in production, supply chain, quality, or customer service.
- A degree in technical areas such as: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Advanced English. Another language is a plus
- Availability to travel
- Results-oriented
- Adaptability to a constantly changing work environment
- Interpersonal and communication skills
