      Job Description

      You will be required you to deal with clients telephonically, whilst adhering to our procedural, productivity and quality standards

      You will need to provide a strong supporting role to colleagues and be accountable for your individual service delivery.
      Calls need to be finalized at point of contact, you need to be able to provide information to clients and guide clients on appropriate course of action where necessary and where need be escalate more complex queries.
      You need to be able to multi skill across product and processes relevant to the business area, whilst at the same time delivering quality customer service.
      Key Result Areas:
      • Client Service Delivery
      • Deals with clients queries via telephone in adherence with productivity standards.
      • Takes inbound calls and shares relevant information.
      • Guides client and convinces client of appropriate course of action if necessary.
      • Finalizes call at point of contact where possible.
      • Ensures that more complex queries are escalated appropriately.
      • Personal Effectiveness
      • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
      • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a max of three months.
      • Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
      • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
      • Accepts and lives the company values.
      • Quality Assurance
      • Handles all queries in adherence with procedural and quality standards.
      • Makes outbound calls and takes inbound calls and shares relevant information in order to recover from clients.

      Minimum Criteria For This Role

      • Matric.
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a debt collections role
      • Previous experience in a Collections Call Centre environment
      • Have extensive knowledge of Debi check.
      • Must be persuasive and resilient.
      • Fluent in 2 South African languages.
