Job Description

- Implement effective training methods and develop training module on specific Omnichannel digital applications/technologies and procedures/processes in order to develop to local subject matter expert
- Define yearly training plan
- identify learning objectives and key topics, organize and ensure all necessary training arrangements, provide/lead individualized and group training workshops
- Deliver dedicated training module & sessions
- Assess training results to ensure that training meets business needs and identify areas of improvement
- Monitor tool adoption and build quarterly adoption Dashboard to revise with local Markets and key stakeholders
- Drive process improvement on store operational process, tools, program and provide central recommendation liaising with relevant stakeholders ( F&A, Retail, Training, Merchandising, VM, Logistic, HR)
- Responsible to maintain focus on consistency and Excellence in all countries, define Central Guidelines, providing prompt and accurate operational and administrative input to the local Retail Network
- Coach local market subject matter expert to resolve store operational issues and implement improvements and best practices to ensure all operations procedure are properly implemented
- Drive brand values and procedures through all training and development activities
- In-store procedure management (Omnichannel Bulgari store essential update)
- Identify the business challenges and the changes needed to deploy the relevant digital tools, proves and procedure to improve the digital store operation experiential products in the belows areas:
- Revenues driver/ experience/Drive to store
- Collect and monitor challenges/ success stories to mitigate recurring store issues and sharing best practices
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in a Digital related discipline, Business, Economics or Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in Digital/Retail/E-commerce/Project-Product Management, preferably in Luxury companies
- Retail store experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as fluency in English.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, well organized and able to work towards challenging deadlines
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage limited resources to meet delivery dates
- Ability to adapt with changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the relevant retail operation processes and technical terminology; interest/experience for digital technologies, UX/CX design and business development
- Analytical, intuitive, creative mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methodologies. E
- Experience in developing and executing successful training programs.
