Job Description

- Engage with customers using acquired skills to complete sales and support the customer experience
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
- Unload trucks and record store inventory; prepare products to be shipped to other stores and customers’ homes
- Maintain merchandising and department readiness to serve customers including stocking shelves, pricing, basic functionality and cleaning
- Delivers solutions across every channel of Best Buy with full understanding of all sales and transactional systems
- When needed, support our Geek Squad customers by greeting guests with defective devices and clearly document their issues, completing new device set ups and other related tasks

Job Description
As an Omnichannel Store Associate, you are the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. This role learns all aspects of working in a store, including finding the right solutions to fit each customer’s needs. This role also helps with order retrieval, shipping, restocking selves, merchandising and inventory management. You’ll receive the full training necessary to recommend the right products and services to each customer. This includes the fundamentals of delivering world-class service to every customer. You’ll train across all areas of the store and learn about new and exciting product categories as they are developed.
