What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a variety of inbound tickets and answer live phone calls as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence with caregivers and clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and requests
- Resolve tickets through effective communication, documentation, and coordination with field teams
- Demonstrate reliability through punctual and consistent attendance while maintaining professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must demonstrate reliability through punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to accept coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor in all interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare services
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service software
- Knowledge of the aging population and their specific care needs
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse client base
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
