What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver high-quality technical assistance to state education agencies and other clients
- Conduct needs assessments and provide capacity-building technical assistance
- Coordinate with project evaluators and curate evidence
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients and internal teams
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to formal reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate or Master's degree in education or related subjects
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in education
- Minimum of 5 years at a state education agency or providing technical assistance to a state education agency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and providing education technical assistance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one content area of education expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate or Master's degree in education, social sciences, public administration, or related subjects
- Previous experience providing support to state education agency in Region 5
- Extensive experience developing high-quality technical assistance materials
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other standard office applications
