- One year of related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable of the college football recruiting process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Docs, and recruiting software (ARMs, Whistle Recruiting, UC Report)
- Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and with high energy, intense personalities
- Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Two years of experience in a professional or intercollegiate recruiting program
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for an On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator to assist with on-campus recruiting. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing on-campus visits for prospective student-athletes and their families. Works collaboratively with Creative Services on creative content to be used for the recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Data entry, preparing electronic communications to recruits, and organization of recruiting materials are integral components of the position responsibilities.
