  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage key accounts to drive distribution and visibility of the employer’s portfolio in the On Premise channel
  - Develop and execute programs to enhance brand presence and achieve growth in assigned accounts
  - Conduct training for wait staff and develop incentive programs to promote brand awareness
  - Collaborate with Field Marketing Management to plan local events and promotions
  - Monitor competitive activities and provide insights to improve brand strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
  - Familiarity with three-tier distribution markets
  - Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration
  - Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours
  - Proficient in KARMA, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  - Proven experience in developing creative brand-building programs
  - Strong account management and follow-up skills
  - Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  - Experience in managing budgets and understanding business financials
