- Lead and manage all phases of design and construction projects.
- Facilitate project activities and be accountable for schedule, budget, project deliverables, and design quality.

- Ability to develop strong client relationships and efficient project teams.
- Registered Architect.
- Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Suite programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Devotion to the creation of dynamic, engaging designs.
Job Title: Project Manager, Housing Studio
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to take a leadership role in our Housing Studio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of large-scale housing projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, senior housing, and affordable housing. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the organizational and leadership abilities necessary to direct a multi-disciplinary project team.

The work environment offers exciting projects across various studios, including Housing, Interior, Graphics & Signage, Commercial, and International. Employees have the opportunity to work across different studios depending on workload, ensuring diverse project exposure. The office is located in a Class A space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower in Baltimore, providing a panoramic view of the city. The recently renovated office space fosters a collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
