- Places orders, tracks shipments, monitors inventory and tracks usages of products
- Daily quality monitoring, data analysis, and makes process adjustments/recommendations
- Generates technical reports for quality, service, maintenance and other functions as needed Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
- Attend all customer meetings in person when on site to be visible and present
- All customer safety and quality protocols must be followed
- Maintains high standards while building our Henkel reputation and relationships with customers
- Champion site continuous-improvement projects that result in process efficiencies and recognized value that demonstrate a year over year improvement
- Coordinates with Application Enginnering to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Education — BS/BA in engineering or business, with some chemistry background preferred.
- Manufacturing experience with significant experience in a sales/service function, preferably at a customer site location.
- Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must have strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
- Travel will be minimal in the role.

Some benefits of joining Henkel
The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
