What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide translation and interpreter assistance between credit union employees and bilingual members
- Deliver professional, high-quality member service in deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, assisting members or directing them to the appropriate person
- Promote services to strengthen member relationships and provide financial value
- Comply with credit union standards, policies, and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a service or sales-related capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Organizational skills, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an interpreter
