      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide translation and interpreter assistance between credit union employees and bilingual members
      - Field phone calls, voicemails, emails, and online messages to assist members
      - Support online, mobile, and phone banking users with various banking services
      - Deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships with members
      - Maintain member confidentiality and provide efficient service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required
      - Must pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and Spanish
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in a service or sales-related capacity
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an interpreter is preferred, but not required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and efficient
