Pay rate: $17.50- $18.00/hr
Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm
Location: Holyoke, MA
Duration: 4 months

Summary:

• They will be working in the Mailroom assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and interoffice mail.
• Looking for someone who shows up to work daily, applies themselves to learn how to run the equipment, has comfort working on pc’s, and can work in a team setting.
• We are required to lift to 50 pounds.
• They're be using Mail Machines and Inserter/Folders.
• Dress Code: Comfortable casual shoes, no graphic shirts or tears in pants, polo or button down is acceptable, no blue jeans, Casual slacks or black jeans can pass. No high heels or open toed shoes.
• COVID Requirements: If someone comes down with Covid they will follow whatever the current requirement is at the hospital.
• Driving: NO
• Parking is free.
• The worksite address is 30 Bobala Road, Holyoke MA 01040.

Requirements:

• Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related custodial, maintenance and office experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Versatile, dexterous and able to operate hand tools.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work as a team or individually.
